Dream Yacht Charters Guaranteed Revenue Program lets you earn income on your boat, sail 8 weeks a year, and have the opportunity to sail a sister vessel in any one of DYC’s 26 bases worldwide..

With this program you simply go and sail your boat. Everything else is taken care of.

Benefits:

• Contracts are for 5 to 6 seasons, depending upon location.
• You are guaranteed a marina berth.
• You own your own boat, and through charter revenues can offset the costs, often to 100%.
• You receive guaranteed income monthly.
• You pay nothing more than your finance charges. You won’t pay dockage, insurance, maintenance, repairs ….etc.
• You can sail up to 8 weeks per year on your own boat.
• You can sail at one of our 26 bases worldwide on a sister ship.
• You can choose to sail on a bigger boat (prorated).
• Dream Yacht guarantees to take back your boat at the end of the management program if you wish to acquire a new Dream Yacht Charter boat
• You can choose to keep your boat or to sell it via our agent’s network.
• If you choose to keep your boat at the end of the management program, Dream Yacht will provide a marina berth at your disposal, for a duration of one year, at local rates.

Dream Yacht Performance Revenue program is geared for the boat owner who wants maximum charter revenues from his boat.

The more your yacht is booked, the more revenues are generated, thus you minimize your cash flow needs.

Every quarter we provide you with an operational cost account of your yacht and pay the corresponding revenue.

• Maintenance at a DYC base
• Quarterly revenue based on usage
• Your net revenue is equal to 65% of gross incomes, minus charter license, marina, insurance, check in/out, spare parts, etc. DYC pays for marketing and booking the yacht.

• You can determine how many weeks per year you will sail on your own boat and make it available the rest of the time to Dream Yachts.
• You can choose to participate in owner exchange limited to 2 weeks maximum per year at any of our 26 bases worldwide
• Dream Yacht guarantees to take back your boat at the end of the management program if you wish to acquire a new Dream Yacht Charter boat.
• You can choose to keep your boat or to sell it via our agent’s network.
• You can have DYC dock and maintain your yacht for one year after the program ends.

Dream Yachts, in partnership with The Multihull Company, one of the worlds largest and most respected catamaran brokerage companies, has developed a unique fractional program for catamaran ownership. In our program, you can purchase any of the leading catamaran brands with a partner, or partners. It is a great way to sail the boat you want for the amount of weeks a year you want, all while splitting the costs.

We can offer fractional partnerships on boats that are bound for our charter fleet, and all sailing time, costs and revenues will be split based on percentage ownership.

TMC’s Fractional Ownership program offers the framework necessary to form hassle free alliances (LLC’s) between partners. Our involvement can be as simple as a referral service, or as complex as a management, crewing, and maintenance service.
